The solution I built

  • Click Graphic Personalization & Approval Engine — Architected an intuitive preview pipeline that dynamically renders customized buyer graphics (names, dates, custom artwork) in real time for instant review and approval.
  • Real-Time Order Synchronization & Tracking — Engineered robust WebSockets and webhook listeners to fetch incoming store orders instantly, giving sellers live visibility into fulfillment stages.
  • API-Driven Integration Layer & 3rd-Party Sync — Built scalable RESTful APIs connecting Etsy API endpoints, cloud render engines, and POD fulfillment partners for uninterrupted cross-platform data flow.
  • High-Performance, Scalable UI/UX — Designed a responsive, clutter-free dashboard capable of rendering heavy graphic assets and handling bulk-order processing with zero UI lag.

Results

Reduced artwork preparation from approximately 5 minutes to under 10 seconds per order, with an 80%+ reduction in processing time.
